Hydraulic cutting device

This device is used for packaging products with cutting hole unit structure and steel plate welding, stable, high strength. VVITH double guide column, to ensure the stability of cutting and leakage. Double cylinders, steel tubing instead of rubber tubing, durable and beautiful, high-strength sealing ring joints to avoid oil leakage, the cutting blade base will be processed with a T-shaped milling machine to improve flatness, thereby extending the service life of the tool. The cutting blade material is Cr12MoV, quenched 58-60 to ensure machining accuracy.

electrical control system

The control unit is mainly Delta, including 7-inch HML and PLC low-voltage components: Delixi or Schneider. frequency converter frequency converter: ZONCN/delta encoder brand: omron. All electrical brands are well-known domestic and foreign brands of 3C/CE/UL standards.

roll forming system

Feeding platform

The steel plate of the whole structure is welded, stable and reliable. There are square iron stops on the left and right sides to prevent the steel plate from shifting. There are handles on both sides to adjust the feeding width. The feeding table has a position indicator to record the last feeding production. Position, can track the production process. Optional: hydraulic front shear can be added after the feeding table and before the roll forming to calculate the total production length and reduce the generation of waste.

Uncoiler
